Cancel your subscription
You can do it yourself, in about twenty seconds, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do it yourself
Sign in, open your account settings, and choose Manage subscription. Cancel there. No phone call, no form, and nobody asking you to reconsider first.
Or ask us to do it
Email hello@speider.ai from the address on the account and we will cancel it for you. This is an alternative, not the route: you never have to email anyone to stop paying us.
What happens next
Your subscription stops renewing straight away and your access runs to the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the unused remainder of a period you have paid for, and we will not charge you again. Your briefings and client profiles stay readable after the subscription lapses, so nothing you have written disappears when you stop paying. If you want the data gone as well, the Account page will export it and then delete it.
